It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

Klimalar,akıllı televizyonlar,netflix ve genel olarak evdeki her detay konaklayacak olan kişiyi rahat etdirmek,evinde gibi hissetirmek için tasarlanmış. 1 hafta kaldık ve hiç yabancılık çekmedik.Ev sahibimiz Xalid beye hem misafirperver davranışı,hem de bu muazzam ve harika evi için çok teşekkür ederiz. 6 aylık kızım,eşim ve eşimin ailesi ile beraber rahat bir şekilde kaldık, misafirlerimizi en güzel şekilde ağırladık. Bu güne kadar kalmış olduğumuz hiç bir otelden bu evdeki kadar huzurla ayrılmamıştım. Tekrardan her şey için çok teşekkür ederim.💜🙏🏻

Ali's place is situated a the perfect location inside the old city , I felt like I was living in history while I stayed at his place. The apartment is just 5 mins walk to main spot of old city, nizami street and see front. House was comfortable studio apartment and had everything required for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend his place. Thanks Ali for hosting me

Elmin’in evi bizim için çok uygundu, beklentimizi karşıladı; sıcak suyu var, temiz, düzenli ve göz yormayan dekorasyon… Odalar oldukça büyüktü, 2 tane balkonu vardı. Açıklamalarda yazdıkları doğruydu, 2 ayrı yatak odası ve 2 ayrı banyosu vardı. Mutfak ta kullanışlıydı. Tabaklar, bardaklar vb şeyler mevcuttu ancak biraz daha mutfak eşyası ekleyebilir, kahve makinası, tost makinası, şarap bardağı vb. Konumu merkeze oldukça yakındı, zaten taksi uygulamasıyla heryere kısa sürede ulaştık. Binanın hemen dışında da küçük bir market vardı, sık sık kullandık. Ev sahibimiz de oldukça sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverdi. Her zaman sorularımıza cevap verdi ve eve kolay giriş imkanı sağladı. Elmin’in evini tavsiye ederim. Teşekkürler Elmin.

This listing is amazing - it is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay and you feel right at home the moment you check in. Fakhriyya is also super responsive and flexible, I can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. The location is also super central and close to metro/train stations. I'd stay here again!

Good Villa with Some small Maintenance Required The villa in Gabala was overall a good stay. The place was spacious and comfortable, but it did need some small maintenance in a few areas. The swimming pool was clean, which was a great plus. The nearest supermarket is approximately a 10-minute walk away, making it convenient for groceries. Additionally, there's a gaming station and a car wash about 10 minutes from the villa, which added to the convenience. Host Anar was helpful, though initially, he requested I cancel my Airbnb booking and book directly through him, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable and I would recommend it with the hope that the minor issues will be addressed soon.

A very welcoming and helpful host! The place is brand-new, there is a garden and a car shed in the garden, which is great.

I had a fantastic stay! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. Clean pool and peaceful environment was amazing. The caretaker is super humble Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area

السكن حلو مره لاكن ينقصه مكيفات في الغرف ومفاتيح للغرف والا فيلا حلوه وخاصه ونرجو الاهتمام برشاشات المياه والمروش ومشكلته شبكة الانترنت ضعيفه في المنطقه وينقصه منشر ملابس ويبعد عن شارع نظامي ٢٠دقيقه وداخل بيت الحديقه كمرات والا بالامانه السكن جداً جميل وتجربه حلوه وصاحب السكن ووالدته ممتازين مره مره مره واستقباله جميل واسلوبه حلو مره

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

The apartment I stayed in was a great place. I had great time in Baku partly due to this centrally located place which has everything in walkable distance. The host is also a nice person who is always responsive and accommodated greatly with my check out. I definitely recommend it.

Нам все понравилось, нас было 6. Просторная квартира, хозяин встретил, все показал) квартира находится рядом с метро, в центр можно легко попасть на такси. Было все необходимое) вообщем советую 👌

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.
