Little Halcyon is located in the Anchorage area, West Mersea. Just a short stroll from the beach, local pubs, restaurants and the village. It is a cosy, self contained, newly renovated annexe in 2021 with it's own private entrance and off street parking. Inside you have a sitting room with a sofa, dining table and a Smart TV. The kitchen area has a hob, combi microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. It has a separate bedroom with a King size bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower.

Unique getaway in stunning riverside setting

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

Stylish Pin Mill Boathouse - Stunning River Views

The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. Designed and built by local architects and craftspeople, the house is a perfect base for couples, close to the waterfront and in the heart of beautiful Suffolk countryside. There is a fantastic choice of walks, cycling, and horse rides, as well as opportunities to get onto or into the water or stay in and be cosy.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

Cottage on the beach

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Elms studio

Welcome to Elms Studio in our garden. We are situated on the A120 Ramsey Harwich with Countryside views . with Harwich Town and the ferry port less than a 10 minute drive away. Also within 3.8 miles to Dovercourt bay award winning beach with pubs and restaurants. Please note this is for 2 adults maximum no children or pets. We supply tea, coffee, milk , cereals for breakfast. Our check in times are 4pm to 8pm unless arrange prior to booking. please be aware we live on a busy road,

The Barn sleeps up to 7 people, with views over the countryside, a large garden and outdoor bluetooth enabled hot tub, new in August 2021. It's a 'get away from it all' place. Visit Framlingham, Norwich, Cambridge, Thetford Forest, Southwold, Aldeburgh and more. There are traditional English pubs all around us serving Suffolk ales, great food and takeaways. Orchard barn is a charming contemporary conversion in a quiet corner of Brightlingsea, backing onto open fields/ horse paddocks. Sleeps 4 adults with 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed. Shared with owners, off road secure parking for car+small boat etc. It has its own secluded/secure dog friendly court yard and private pedestrian access. BBQ. 0.7 mi walk to town high street and amenities. 0.4 mi walk to the closest pub. 1.6 mi walk to sea front.
