The apartment is situated on the first floor in the house which has 3 apartments more and it is 50m2 big. It has its own terrace and its own parking place, which is I think very important. In the big garden there is a barbecue with the table under the tree which hold the shadow all the day, the trampoline and the swimming pool. The outside area it is shared .

Bicycle and hiking routs intertwine the area. The house is located in a small peaceful square within the old city.
