Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

Please note: The parking lot is a few minutes walk from the cottage.

The house is situated on a corner lot with a front and back yard, where one can sit under the shade of fruit trees or take a walk to explore the neighborhood full of great restaurants, cafes and breweries with outdoor seating.
