Tiny in size but so much to love, our thoughtfully made off-grid cabin features panoramic winery valley views and unique personal touches making your stay extra special. Take it all in soaking in a warm bath on your own private deck, plus a Queen bed, you are surrounded by nature yet still walking distance to 3 award-winning wineries, a hatted restaurant feat. a wine list of "local stars, international pours and a local bracket of curious jewels". Close to beaches and wild coastal nature areas.

Balnarring Garden Bungalow

Charming bungalow in the beautiful Balnarring area. We are 10min walk to the Village with cafes, restuarants, chemist and IGA. If you are looking for a cozy getaway from the hustle bustle of the city/suburban life, this little gem is calling you! You will be nestled in our beautiful garden with our friendly chickens. We are about a 3 minute drive to Balnarring beach and an easy drive to Cape Schank, Point Leo Estate, Flinders and Red Hill. If you wish to bring a pet- contact prior to booking.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Relaxing Beach Cottage

With only a 200 metre stroll to Balnarring Beach, this two-bedroom attached cottage is perfect for a family holiday, only an hour’s drive from Melbourne to enjoy all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Marmaduke Cottage provides an open plan living room – modern kitchenette, with split system, two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The studio is a newly renovated space, detached from the main property, that gives your own space to call home with the added benefits of a sunny deck, pool access and a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ area. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

Mimosa, Somers

The perfect mid century beach house and separate bungalow directly behind the Somers Yacht Club and across the road to one of the best swimming beaches on the Peninsula. An easy stroll through the bush or along the beach to the General Store for one of the best breakfasts on the Peninsula! Relax on the lawn under the huge Eucalypt or snuggle up by the fire. Ideal for families, friends, or anyone who simply needs a little extra space to breathe. Book it before someone else does!

Somers Cottage Studio - where vines meet bay

Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

Mornington Peninsula Getaway-Somers Beach House

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

Somers Peninsula Retreat,

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamperon arrival, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.
