A listed building recently converted with the care of Cumbrian craftsmen - lime plastered wiggly walls, oak floors, handcrafted oak doors and stairs, hand forged latches and handles. Situated in the Lake District with panoramic views from the door over the orchard, across fields of sheep and beyond to the North Pennines and Howgills.

Set in it's own beautiful garden with an open aspect over fields, this area is wonderful for walking and cycling and with easy access to the Lakes District. Dark skies are a notable feature.

It is a totally private annex next to our main farmhouse in the picturesque village of Bampton Grange in the Lake District. The accommodation is all open plan with TV(freeview), woodburner & comfy sofas opening up to a breakfast bar, newly appointed kitchen & shower room. On request we can offer an evening meal / breakfast basket filled with homemade and locally sourced goodies!

We take extra care of you by cleaning the barn ourselves to maintain high standards, at no extra charge. Living next door, we’re also on hand with helpful local knowledge, to answer any questions if needed.
