this location near sebana cove resort , have a 99 speed mart near by. There ia a park opposite this house .host have two house just beside , suitable for ppl gathering for more than 20 ppl stay . we have 22 people working , we rent for 2 house, clean and comfortable .thanks clara.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house. We would love to extend our stay, but we have other plans. We encountered a couple of roaches during our time, which might be due to the area rather than the cleanliness of the house. Anyway, a 5-star for me!

Chris is very responsive to my queries during my stay and checks in if everything is ok at her place. I want to point out this as it was really great! Chris’ place beddings and pillows did not had bad smell and the towels were all very clean! Water pressure was great at her place so we had a good shower. Aircon was also in the living room so it helps on a hot day in Desaru. Toilet is very clean! Body soap and hair soap was provided. But i think the room did not smell was so good and Chris didnt even try to hide any bad smell. So essentially what i mean is the rooms are clean! Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft. Wifi is strong enough for browsing of social medias. Also, it was walkable distances to local restaurants and local street food stalls. It’s a nice place to stay if you’re in Desaru!

Absolutely fantastic stay at this gem of a home in Desaru! We visited with two families — 4 adults and 4 kids — and the experience was beyond all our expectations. The photos honestly don’t do justice to how beautiful, spacious, and welcoming this home truly is. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by an atmosphere full of warmth and positive vibes. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with cozy corners to relax in, a well-equipped kitchen for shared meals, and ample space for the kids to run around and have fun. The little design details, the comfortable furniture, and the calming decor made it feel more like a peaceful retreat than just a vacation rental. It’s rare to find a place that instantly feels like home — but this one really did. We made such wonderful memories here and are already talking about our next trip back. Highly, highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and that magical “home away from home” feeling. 5 stars, no doubt

Clean and well equiped. Air conditioners a bit old but still functioning. A pleasant place to stay.

The unit was clean. there is refrigerator, water heater, air conditioning, electric stove + pan etc, bowl, plate, cutleries, etc. microwave. washing machine, overall complete. the one they dont have, is electric adaptor for charging phone. luckily, the apartment is above a mall. and inside the mall there sis aeon supermarket to buy the adaptor. location is quite far from city center. if you go by grab, on average 15RM one way apartment is also near a 24hr restaurant that serve indian malay and chinese food.

We had a wonderful stay at Ching’s place. He is very responsive and assisted in all aspects. We had fun though it was raining for the 1st 2 days. On our 3rd day, we asked for a slight extension for checkout at 1pm and he was flexible. He even helped us to check on the traffic to checkpoints. Greatly appreciate his warm hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Baypoint Danga Bay! The location was excellent, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This is an old airbnb, all facilities are the same as in the photos. Just old. The owner gave a lot of mattresses. Very considerate. The towels have a bad smell. The parking lot is very inconvenient. It is easy to get lost. You must follow the video posted by the owner. Otherwise, you really can't find it. The same goes for getting the key. The mailbox is hard to find. You must follow the video posted by the owner. Facing the sea, there will be a bad smell in the afternoon. It should be low tide. There is a 24-hour mini market 10 minutes walk away. There are many 24-hour restaurants across the road. There is also a small shopping mall.

Edwin is responsive in our queries and even allowed me and teenagers to enjoy the scenery and peaceful surroundings a little bit longer. Master bedroom need to replace the bed though as it is not too comfortable for my daughter and fiance.
