Relax at our waterfront retreat. You will enjoy a comfy living room and a bedroom & bathroom all to yourself. There is a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig, but no oven, stove or hot plate. We have a floating dock in our backyard and there's a public boat ramp within eyeshot. You can tie up your boat, jet ski, or kayak to the floating dock. We are close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. You can enjoy a lovely view of the bayou from your living space or in the outdoor seating area.

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.
