Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, my cozy getaway is a mobile home located in a very unique neighborhood right on the bay. There is a little beach 2 min. down the road where you can sit and enjoy the views or fish right off of it. The homes are a combination of mobile homes and houses with the most wonderful people of all walks of life. Very quiet, friendly and 5 min. to Bradenton beach and 10 min. to AMI.

Beautiful beaches like Cortez Beach, Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach, and Anna Maria Island may be reached in about 20 minutes. Sarasota Airport, IMG, art galleries, Lido Key, Longboat Key, museums, theaters, 2 hours from Disney World Orlando, Marie Selby Botanical Garden, and Marina Jacks are all within 20-30 minutes!

This condo is in the best neighborhood of Bradenton, beaches of Anna Maria Island nearby (15 mn) This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase (avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) You can arrive anytime after check in time. PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden
