Clean remodeled home in-town: 5 minute walk to Petoskey's many attractions. Recently completely remodeled kitchen that added brand new appliances and eat-in area!! Two bedrooms (queen+full) and 1.5 baths including jacuzzi tub. We keep a roll-out cot in a closet and a brand new large L shaped couch for possible sleepers. Strong wifi signal/smart tvs throughout with hbo/netflixx logged in. 8th season hosting. Dog friendly (inquire) Also: grill, beach chairs/coolers/towels. Large driveway.

Unit #1 Petoskey Townhouse

This newly remodeled townhouse unit offers a living room, dining room and cottage style kitchen. There are three bedrooms upstairs : a king, queen and twin with a trundle bed. There is a shared deck and large yard. It's very clean and comfortable. Linens, blankets, pillows, towels are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. We have one window air conditioning unit downstairs and one upstairs and window fans. There is one parking spot to the left of the unit and extra parking on the street.

Enjoy this trendy and newly remodeled home only one mile from downtown Petoskey! With a large fenced in backyard overlooking a field and wooded area, you can feel like you are out in the countryside of Northern Michigan but conveniently located near downtown shops, restaurants and bars. Also very close to many of the local wineries in the Petoskey area. This home is only a few minute drive to Lake Michigan and other surrounding inland lakes. This is a perfect place to experience Up North!

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.
