One of the very closest condos to the village with an easy stroll to the dining, bars, music, shopping and swimming pool of the village as well as the free ski shuttle. Modern electric heat, wifi and a fireplace! (Bring your own wood or buy at village store) Right across the street from the legendary bear valley music festival and many other events held at the community center parking lot. Hiking, Biking, Ski and snowmobile trails in the Stanislaus National Forest start right at the condo!

Our lofted cabin in the woods features an open-concept living area and spacious movie theater den. The deck provides a second living area with wooded mountain views. All lovingly (and painstakingly) updated by a proud brother-sister duo so everyone can enjoy the mountains like we have. We're close to sledding, skiing, lakes with sandy beaches, river rafting, fishing, hiking, and more. After a long day of exploring, soak in our spa under the stars or watch a movie in our theater.

Arnold cozy cabin

Only one block off of Hwy 4, walking distance to stores and eateries. One bedroom with one double size bed and a large loft, (up the spiral staircase) with one double size bed. Sheets and Towels are provided. Nice deck for outside dining. Dog friendly! (The yard is not fenced). Note: A small air conditioner is in the living room. It is a cabin in the mountains so it will not be as toasty as home. NOTE: Verizon works, AT&T has little or no reception in this area.

The Loft at Bear Valley

Charming one bedroom with loft, sleeps 5. Queen size bed in the loft, twin bed with pop up trundle bed in the bedroom and full sleeper sofa in the front room. Big screen smart TV with dish, Netflix and WiFi. $1 shuttle service to Bear Valley ski resort. Shuttle service is walking distance from condo. Shuttle can be caught at 4way stop and parking lot across from Market. Walking distance to cross country skiing. Walking distance to hotel lodge, market and restaurants.
