We’ve stayed at many places in Torquay and Wambiri is by far the best location with access to the beach, walking tracks and cafes right at your door! Would stay again.

Great stay here. Trust what you read under Bohdan’s management. He’s a great host. The cottage is gorgeous and in a great location. Everything you need - very practical design. Well equiped and clean which was a highlight after staying in many grotty, sticky places with a lot of everything you don’t need. Bohdan asked for feedback as to what the cottage might need and I can’t think of anything - it’s all there 👍.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze for a very special occasion. Simon, the host, was fantastic! His communication was prompt and accomodating, and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The house itself is just wonderful. Very clean, beautifully decorated with a homely, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. Every room had with everything we needed, and the natural light upstairs was just gorgeous, giving the whole space a warm, holiday feel. It truly felt like we were away on vacation and not just staying at someone’s house! The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset walk. Great place to unwind, play board games, and enjoy a BBQ in the outdoor space. The home is an ideal retreat for relaxation and quality time with family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for a special occasion, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future. Highly recommend Ocean Breeze!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is as described with plenty of space for everyone. Decorated really nicely. Location is terrific, being a short walk to the beach and also bars and restaurants and even a supermarket. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this lovely home to anyone looking to stay in Torquay and be walking distance to most things.

This was the second time we stayed at this lovely house. It is very cosy, close to everything and neat and tidy. We will definitely be back for a third time soon!

A warm and welcoming host, very communicative and caring. Lovely place just as described, with plenty to do nearby, easy to find with a gorgeous view to sit and relax with a glass of wine. It was beautiful to hear the ocean sounds at dusk and our toy cavoodle enjoyed the walks at the beach and lovely grass areas. Bedding was very comfortable and the tv entertainment was great. We had a fabulous time at Theo’s place. There were 5 of us (2 adults and 3 grown up children)+ our dog. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the upstairs living area/kitchen area with a great balcony and wonderful views over Marengo and the paddocks. Perfect to relax with a good book and/or some afternoon drinks. The house is nicely tugged away but still easy to walk to the Main Street and the beach. Our dog and us also loved the garden with all the nice fruit trees. It was perfect for our dog as there was plenty of room for him but also safe as it was all enclosed. We definitely will be back.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was welcoming and comfortable, with all the amenity you need for a short or longer stay. It was too cold for us to use the pool but the open fire place and spa bath were both highlights. We loved exploring the farm and helping with the sheep and chickens and our dog had an amazing time running around the property. This house offers the best of both worlds - private bush surrounds but only 5 mins into Lorne for the beach and restaurants! Jack and Hayley were fantastic with communication - super responsive and accommodating! We also really appreciated meeting Jenny and Peter and their hospitality during our stay. Highly recommend and we look forward to booking again in the future!
