Die Wohnung war sehr modern und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es gab währenddessen gar keine Probleme und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Josep hat uns zuvor ebenfalls ein paar gute Tipps gegeben

Destacan la limpieza impecable, los detalles de bienvenida (como café, leche y bizcocho), y comodidades como Netflix. La llegada autónoma fue práctica y la terraza ofrece vistas espectaculares. Además, las recomendaciones locales enviadas por la anfitriona enriquecieron la estancia. Recomendado al 100%

Kaikki sujui erittäin hyvin ja majoittaja on vieraanvarainen ja ystävällinen. Erityisesti kun tuli erityinen tilanne sähkökatkoksen kanssa, hän oli erikseen yhteydessä ja huomioi nuoren majoittujan hienosti tarjoten apuaan. Vahva suositus!

Die Lage ist super am Strand gelegen und die Wohnung ist sehr einladend und cozy gestaltet. Gerne wieder

Das Artico ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Nicht nur wegen der Lage, denn der weitläufige Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und einige Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Artico, mit seiner großen Terrasse und der zusätzlichen, geschützten Dachterrasse ist sehr gemütlich und überdurchschnittlich sauber, gepflegt und auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Ein besonderer Dank geht jedoch an die Vermieterin Astrid, die freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Ihre Tipps ersetzen fast einen Reiseführer. Vielen Dank dafür und Tschüss bis zum nächsten Mal.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Luis Apartment. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung war sehr gut für 4 Erwachsene und ein Baby (Baby Bett wird gestellt). Zentrale Heizung was im Winter sehr wichtig ist. Tolle Terrassen, großer Garten mit Pool und ein Aussenspielplatz für unser Kleinkind. Luis und Olga sind sehr hilfsbereit und schnell bei allen Fragen. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Benidorm. L’appartement été impécable, proche de tout et devant la plage, le top. Laura très gentille nous a même donné des recommandations de restauration et de choses à voir. Merci beaucoup

Dieser host war immer gut erreichbar und trotz unterschiedlicher Sprachen sind wir gut zurecht gekommen. Das Haus war extrem sauber und hat uns für 3 Monate einen guten Standort für ein Homeoffice geboten. Hierher fahren wir gerne wieder.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche mit der Familie in Wims Villa. Ein wunderschönes Haus und der beheizte Pool war großartig. Wim war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Maravillosa estancia en Oliva Nova.Una casa recién reformada, preciosa y muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado por conductos en todas las estancias. La zona exterior estupenda con un porche , jardín y piscina los cuales los hemos disfrutado a tope. Muy cerca de la playa y de un carrefour exprés.Zona muy tranquila con poco ambiente pero a nosotros no nos ha importado. Lo peor , la cantidad de mosquitos que hay por la zona, pero a base de repelente lo hemos sobrellevarlo bien. . Los anfitriones siempre atentos y amables. En resumen un alojamiento súper recomendable, para repetir 👌

Nuestra estancia en Javea ha sido increíble, principalmente gracias a Inma, desde el primer momento nos recomendó lugares para visitar, como llegar a ellos y los mejores trucos sobre la zona. Una anfitriona espectacular. El apartamento es tal cual las fotografías que comparte y tiene todos los servicios que describe. Sin duda si tenemos la oportunidad de volver la elegiremos de nuevo. La limpieza 10/10.

Apartamento muy limpio y confortable. Camas y almohadas comodísimas y de calidad. Descanso asegurado. Zona tranquila pero todo muy a mano, además de la cercanía a la playa. Lavandería y súper muy grande en el mismo edificio. Gran detalle las cápsulas de nespresso y amenities del baño. La verdad que la decoración y calidad en directo supera lo visto en fotos. Si vuelvo a Benidorm lo volveré a elegir como alojamiento sin ninguna duda.

Very centrally located, very clean apartment with everything we needed for a two night stay.

Apartment was exactly what we expected. Clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was unreal, worth every penny. We will definitely be using Hegoys apartment again. Hegoy was extremely friendly, helpful and very responsive with any queries I had.

Czyściutki, przestronny apartament, dobrze wyposażony, na zamknietym osiedlu. Piekna, spokojna okolica, doskonała na dlugie spacery. Świetna baza wypadowa na pobliskie atrakcje. Doskonala komunikacja z gospodarzem. Serdecznie polecam.

We stayed in Victor’s apartment during 15 days and it was amazing. The apartment was exactly like the photos, it has e everything to spend a nice days relaxing , the area was quite calm, the building is very organized and clean and it’s close to the restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beach. Victor is a great host, always prompt to help, solve issues and provides the feedback very quickly. I recommend Victor and the apartment to all that would like to spend their holidays near the sea and relaxing.
