La casa es ideal para ir a pasar unos días de desconexión, se respira mucha tranquilidad. Está muy limpia por dentro, y bien cuidada. Tiene una zona exterior con Barbacoa grande que te permite disfrutar del aire libre. Tal vez hace falta un poco de menaje - utensilios para la Barbacoa, pero no es algo que te impida realizarla sin problemas. Gareth es un anfitrión muy amable y atento. Lugar recomendado.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. La casa cumple todas las comodidades. Carlo siempre respondía nuestras consultas con brevedad. La playa (cala) esta a 17 minutos andando donde hay rutas para hacer. La joya de la casa son la vistas. Zona muy tranquila. La piscina comunitaria a la que se tiene acceso está justo enfrente de la casa. Ha sido todo perfecto.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

Geweldig verblijf om met 9 vriendinnen te verblijven. Tram op wandelafstand alsook verschillende supermarkten. Het verwarmd zwembad en sauna was een grote meerwaarde.

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

Estuvimos un fin de semana familiar en la Teuleria Anita cerca de Cocentaina como sorpresa de cumpleaños de mi padre y la verdad que fue un fin de semana perfecto. La casa en una ubicación inmejorable con vistas a todo el valle de Cocentaina, vistas al castillo y con muchos m2 de superficie. Casa grande, rústica, con todo lo necesario. Estufa de pellets, chimenea y otra de leña, así como varios calefactores eléctricos que nos mantuvieron la mar de bien. Ana súper atenta, nos recomendó varias actividades y zonas donde comer. Nos encantó. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!!

Na een kleine vertraging en in de regen en het donker kwamen we 22 april 2025 aan op een paradijselijke plek in Javea. Een heerlijk huis, mooi ingericht, een prachtige buitenruimte en heerlijke bedden. De volgende ochtend leek alles nog mooier door de zon maar ook door de mooie locatie. We hebben genoten van elkaar, het huis en de prachtige locatie. Christobal is een super aardige attente host. We komen graag terug. liefs Eline Fera en Fenny☀️😘🥂🍀

We loved it here so much. The most beautifully located building, and just an honour to stay in such an architectural masterpiece on the edge of the ocean. It definitely needs a bit of TLC - but we aren’t fussy and didn’t mind. It’s full of character. Located perfectly, took about 10 mins to get to the beach where we swam every day, 15 mins to shops/bars/restaurants. Just incredible… I missed it the moment we left.

Todo ha ido bien el lugar es un ático super chulo y cómodo. Tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor y revisar que la bombona tenga gas, ya que sino te tocara subirla por escaleras 3 plantas. A nosotros justo nos ha pillado en época de fiestas con calles cortadas. La anfitriona ha sido rápida en gestion de reposición y amable.

BRILLIANT STAY, stop looking and book this 😊 Lots to highlight about this apartment and the host Agustin. From beginning to end it was faultless. On meeting, Agustin showed us around and explained everything, he really took his time and gave us some really good recommendations for places to visit and where eat. The location was great, easy walking access to the city centre, market and beach front. With one of the tram station just outside the front of the building and lots of bus stops nearby, moving around was so easy and really cheap transport too. The apartment, was really clean and had everything we needed and more. It was 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children) and the apartment was very spacious. We didn’t think we would use the washer and dryer and yet they came so handy. Agustin was really attentive of all of us until the very end and his kindness did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back. Thanks Agustin

We waren 4 nachten de gasten van Aart in Benimantell, maar hadden daar zeker een week willen blijven. De locatie is prachtig, het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en op koudere avonden lekker de pallet kachel aan! Een appartement waarin je uitgebreid kunt koken, terwijl je geniet van het uitzicht op de bergen. Het appartement met zijn vele trapjes is zeer geschikt voor mensen die de bergen in gaan, een mooie opwarming voor je spieren! Aart is een heel behulpzame en communicatieve host, die zowel een fles lekkere wijn als locale olijfolie klaar had staan.

We had a great stay at Manuel’s apartment, the view is fabulous and definitely worth the climb of the stairs. We stayed without a car, we are happy walking and got a taxi back from the larger supermarket the walk to town is about 35 minutes and is a beautiful walk along the promenade. It is definitely worth walking to the bus station and going in to Alicante, it’s just 2 euro 75 and is every hour. The flat had everything that we needed, the coffee pods and beer on arrival were lovely touches. We would definitely return.

Rafael’s place is far better than the pictures. Spacious, clean with two bathrooms. And very close to the city centre and the river

I can definitely recommend Max and his apartment. Great communication, always responds, willing to help, and you can also count on recommendations of places! The apartment is beautiful, modern, mega clean. You can feel very comfortable, and on sunny days you can spend the whole day on the amazing terrace! One of the best places I have ever visited! I definitely recommend it

Gorgeous boutique villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa, gardens and pool were lovely. We hope to return again soon!

We had a tremendous stay at Tanya’s. Everything was absolutely immaculate and both the home and the surroundings are pure paradise. Susana, Tanya’s friendly and helpful co-host welcomed us and showed us everything we needed making for a super smooth arrival. Our children rated the place 100 out of 100 and really loved the pool and exploring the incredible tiered back garden. It was very peaceful and tranquil here and we had everything needed for a beautiful break. We wished we could have stayed longer. It felt like pure luxury and is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in.

Great location for a peaceful holiday, beach is in walking distance, couple restaurants as well 5-10mins away. The old town, more shops, reataurants etc are 30mins walk. Narrow and very steep hilly terrain, not ideal for walking for senior people. Views are beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice, it is even better.

A wonderful place to come and visit. Very well equipped to cook at home, great facilities inside and out. Very peaceful, not overlooked. Their mobile app told us everything we needed to know. We were met in person when we arrived and when we left. Really recommend this place for everyone that’s visiting this area.

Una casa fantastica e impecable. Zona exterior preciosa con unas vistas increibles y fresquito. El jacuzzi y la piscina estaban muy limoios y ea una gozada poder disfrutar de ellos. Luke muy amable y atento, a la vez que muy discreto. Muchas gracias, para repetir.

This house is the best choice for your next vacation. It has everything to make you want to just stay a little bit longer…. Or just return another time (I will for sure!) The house is very well equipped and decorated in style. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Beds are fantastic. The outside area amazing with several placed to sit, chill or sunbath. The infinity pool just breathtaking. Also, there is an outside grilling area with kitchen too. The very best is an outside winter garden / patio with the most amazing view overlooking Calpe city.
