Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Centrally located on a private wooded lot overlooking the Slaughter Pen Valley, this sprawling property offers enough space to comfortably host large groups. Spend your days exploring the trails, museums, and cultural experiences of the area and then retreat to grill on the deck and relax in the pool. Bring the kids and the pets, they will not want to miss this vacation!

Bentonville Backyard Oasis

Stay awhile at the conveniently located Bentonville Backyard Oasis! The guest house is nestled away in a beautiful backyard and is a 10 minute drive from Crystal Bridges Art Museum, a 5 minute drive from downtown Bentonville, and a 2 minutes drive from Coler Mountain Preserve. This stand alone house has a private tennis court, pool, and hot tub. This Airbnb offers convenient check in and the hosts are longtime Bentonville residents so they are always available for local recommendations.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet!
