Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne besichtigt werden kann.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum von Bergisch Gladbach und ist doch relativ ruhig gelegen. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte. Zur S-Bahn sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Innenstadt. Es gibt auch eine Bus-Haltestelle vor der Tür zum Bahnhof. Eine Tiefgarage mit einem reservierten Parkplatz ist vorhanden. An der Straße gibt es auch viele kostenfreie Parkplätze. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet durch Sichtschutzwände eine hohe Privatsphäre.

Die Bushaltestelle ist 30 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der vielfältigen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (KölnMesse, Kunst und Kultur, Naturarena Bergisches Land). Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Geschäftsreisende. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
