The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Sur la place du village, il y a un parking à 100 mètres de la maison. Il y a quelques étapes pour y arriver. La maison dispose d'une cuisine, de trois chambres doubles, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée. L'entrée est indépendante. Il est fortement recommandé d'arriver en voiture. There is a parking for 2 cars and i will give you a PASS that allow you to park without paying in the streets of the centre.
