Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Es werden Eur 3,00 pP/Nacht ab 15Jahre Kurtaxe berechnet. 1 Hund erlaubt wenn er angemeldet wird f 20Eur p Nacht.

Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres kleinen Einfamilienhauses und strahlt Tiroler Gemütlichkeit aus. Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Unser Apartmenthaus ist in ruhiger,dennoch zentraler und schönster Lage von Lermoos. Direkt neben unserem Haus befindet sich der Skihang und der Start zu vielen Wander-oder Radwegen. Jedes Apartment hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Ess-und Wohnbereich und ein eigenes Bad. Von unseren 4 Apartments haben drei eine eigene Terrasse und ein Apartment verfügt über einen großzügigen Balkon. Für jedes Apartment steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung und einen Ski/Radabstellraum gibt es auch.

Our house "TwoSquirrels" has a 50m2 apartment called „The Stash“ The apartment has one bedroom , one bathroom and a living room with an open kitchen. The great big garden offers a lot of options for kids to play, a Trampolin, a swing, a mud table etc. On request we also offer a travel baby/kids essential package to let you travel freely.
