Bell'appartamento moderno in zona centrale di Padova. Spazi puliti e ben organizzati, con la cucina che si apre su piccolo giardino interno. Area tranquilla e silenziosa. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali punti di d'interesse della città. Parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze, spostandosi un poco si possono trovare anche strisce bianche dove parcheggiare gratuitamente. Alberto ha sempre risposto in modo tempestivo alle domande, e si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile.

Die Gastgeber*innen waren wirklich sehr freundlich. Gute Parkmöglichkeit war gegeben, bei Fragen haben wir eine schnelle und hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hat eine gute Ausstattung der Küche sowie Badezimmer. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, das Meer sowie ein Supermarkt ist schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt!

An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Private, gated site. Very quiet, pretty area. High standard, spotless, well equipped accomodation. Very spacious with AC in bedrooms and living area. Balcony at the front and another at the back, with furniture. Beautiful swimming pool, which was big (approx 16m )+ kids pool. Plenty of sunbeds and shade too. Photos accurate. Neven is an AMAZING HOST! Instant replies before and during our stay with helpful suggestions, quick response to any queries. A helpful guy! 10-15 min drive into Rovinj which is stunning. Great views over the sea and 'Old town'. Lots of shops and restaurants, boat trips / SCUBA diving available there too. Closest supermarket 10 mins drive. 15-20 min drive to beaches. 35 min drive to Pula Airport. Car or taxi is needed here. Activities in surrounding area in 'ISTRIA' included Aerial slide, Water parks as well as lovely coastal towns and waterfalls to visit too. Croatia was Fabulous! Great holiday! Emanuel und seine Eltern sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos. Ein Highlight ist der sehr liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Whirlpool. Supermarkt, Restaurants und das Meer sind mühelos zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen aber alles gut erreichbar, auch mit Rad. Die Gastgeberin und auch die Vermieterin waren jederzeit erreichbar und sind supernett. jederzeit wieder. Danke

Top Kommunikation. Von der Buchung, über Check-In & Parkplatz bis zum Check-Out hat alles prima gepasst. Es war alles sauber und ich habe mich gleich wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon von dem man aus der Ferne sogar aufs Meer schauen kann ist am Abend und in der Früh einfach wunderbar um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder zu starten. Gerne wieder! :)

L’appartement de Anna était une excellente découverte ! Il est idéalement situé pour profiter de Lignano (proche de la mer et des restaurants) tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Anna est une hôte tres accueillante, gentille et arrangeante. Nos échanges avec elle étaient sympathiques et clairs. Le logement était tres propre et pratique, il correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

Villetta in zona tranquilla, da cui il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La villetta offre parcheggio interno privato. Spaziosa per 4 persone (noi siamo stati in 3 più il cane), dotata di elettrodomestici utili e ben tenuti. Ospiti molto cordiali e disponibili.

das Haus ist wirklich super. ein toller Garten mit Parkplatz und Preis ist unschlagbar. danke für alles und wir werden wieder kommen.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

- The description of the apartment is more modest than the reality. The central photo shows the shorter(!) side of the house. The dimensions are impressive. - The dining terrace was especially pleasant in May. - The house and its surroundings are quiet, but there are many attractions within a 20 km radius. - The host lives nearby and you can rely on his help.

Alles wie beschrieben. Perfekte Lage für Hundestrand (knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Relativ ruhig und man ist auch schnell in der Stadt. Auto kann man gut parken.

Alles war super ;) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: ob Strand, Padel, Tennis oder abends ein Drink an der Bar - die Unterkunft war für unseren Familienurlaub zu sechst einfach super.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und zufriedenstellend. Sacile, in der Nähe von Venwdig, repräsentiert eine gute Basis von der man interessante Städte besichtigen kann. Sacile an sich ist sehr klein, aber zum Entspannen sehr geeignet. Außerdem fand ich Patrizia, Riccardo und Roberto sehr nett und hilfreich. Ich bin dankbar dafür, dass sie mir die Geheimnisse des Ortes offenbart hatten. Ich hatte viel Spaß und würde es jedem herzlich empfehlen.

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! Fantastico! Cura al dettaglio incredibile, gentilezza e disponibilità di Giovanni e Marta. La canina super simpatica ha fatto amicizia con il nostro Hope e la zona dietro la superstrada è comunque super silenziosa, tranquilla e veramente molto curata. Il giardino e il parcheggio sono stati quel plus che ci ha fatto scegliere questo alloggio. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio. Prima sera abbiamo scelto di farci arrivare un delivery, mentre la seconda sera abbiamo preferito cucinare a casa dato la presenza di tutti i comfort proposti dall’appartamento. Davvero ottima esperienza paragonata al prezzo e alla vicinanza dal centro!!!

Z nastanitvijo smo bili zelo zadovoljni. Apartma je lepo urejen in ponuja vse, kar potrebujete za udoben oddih. Lokacija je mirna in omogoča sprostitev, Poreč pa je čudovit tudi pozimi. Renata je izjemno prijazna in ustrežljiva gostiteljica, ki je vedno na voljo in poskrbi, da se gostje počutijo res dobrodošle. Poleg tega nas je razveselila še z izvrstnim domačim olivnim oljem ter kivijem. Toplo priporočamo.

Superbe appartement, grand, lumineux, moderne et calme. Litterie excellente. Impeccable au niveau propreté Entièrement équipé : lave vaisselle, four. Micro-ondes, lave linge et seche linge, aspirateur balai,aspirateur robot, tv, wii... et les consommables qui vont avec( lessive, dosettes..., jeux pour la wii...) On en demandait pas tant 🤪 Accueil parfait Parking abrité et sécurisé dans la propriété. Instructions claires grâce notamment à des fiches plastifiees ( en anglais et en italien) Liste des meilleurs restaurants du coin (avec indications de qualité et de prix). Emanuele a mis la barre tres haut! 🙂 Bravo, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Très bon contact avec Roberto et Mattia. ils nous ont donné les coordonnées d une agence de transports pour les transferts aéroport avec chauffeur. séjour de 5 nuits en famille dans l appartement, bien situé à 50m de 2 stations de Tram T1... direct venise. Un grand supermarché en face de l immeuble et à 10mm à pied du centre de Mestre (restaurants et commerces...). Le logement situé au 4eme étage est très confortable et bien équipé. Séjour parfait et idéal pour visiter venise et sa région.
