Brittany and Sarrah were both welcoming and caring in regards to making sure I was comfortable. Sarrah was able to answer any questions I had & helped me get into the building promptly. They were able to help with minor issues.

We loved this place. We have stayed in other apartments in this building and this is by far our favorite. The bed was great. The furniture was great. Pool is a plus. Close to restaurants. Tracy was quick to respond. We enjoyed it.

I've stayed in many airbnb's all over the country, interacted with most of the host, and this is by far the best experience. The place is 100% as described. I had questions and sent an email at 1 am, and communicated that I didn't expect a response until the next morning, then put my phone away. He responded right away and also followed up the next morning. Due to lack of sleep, I needed more hand holding than usual and Marvin decided it was best to call. He was clear, friendly, and personable. I felt like I've known him all my life! My last question to him was if he managed airbnb's anywhere else in the country. Marvin is prepared and flexible. I can go on and on! There's no name to describe this property and host-"super host" isn't it, "guest favorite" isn't it. Thank you Marvin for such an amazing experience!

Great place, in the same building as Zaza and across the street from paramount if you know downtown BHM. Very convenient location, and there IS parking included in a BPA lot associated with the building. Lovely spot and very nice apartment for anyone wanting to hang in downtown Birmingham!

Location was great for what we were in town for! Great views and very clean. Only hang up was the confusion with getting key and getting in. Kathleen was fast in responding and getting situation taken care of.

I enjoyed my stay. The condo is exactly as pictured if not better. Blake sent clear instructions with everything I needed to know to have a smooth check in. I will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Had a little hiccup in the beginning but Kathleen stepped right in and made things right. Property was located mins away from restaurants which made grabbing food easy. The property definitely gave a home feeling, quiet and cozy I can't wait to book with her again.

Cute, quaint, quiet, sparkling clean home with LOTS of space. It was very clean and well located. The hosts were communicative and check in was super easy. There were huge tvs in every room and each bed was comfortable and well apportioned. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood and it has both a front porch, a back deck and a little sitting area with a hot tub outside.

The property was newly renovated. Well stocked, no need to buy anything except food. Alper our host responded promptly to our requests. I give 5 stars for this property
