It’s next to two popular event venues: Winthrop Barn Theater and The Regent. A great spot if you're attending events there. It's 15 minute drive to downtown Tampa.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two queen beds, and an open concept kitchen / living room , and it is also independent with and outside area where you can relax and enjoy the Florida weather. It has its own new drive ways. You would love it!

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $50 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
