The Carriage House - The Mountains are calling

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

Smoky Mountain Sonrise

This rustic, cozy cabin is adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and has one of the best views of the Smokies. Enjoy the sunrise from one of two decks with this awesome view. You are within an easy drive to Foothills Parkway, Tail of the Dragon, Townsend, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park. A full kitchen, full bath, den and bedroom are available for your use. TV, DVD, and WiFi and fire pit are also available. An added sun porch gives you even more space to relax.

We are just minutes away from The Tail of The Dragon, GSMNP., The Smoky Mtn Speedway. We are 21 minutes from The Shed, 25 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport, 35 minutes from UT. We are in the country, but still only 15/20 minutes back to town. Watch your speed and animals. We are in the country!!!

Feels like you're out in the country but just outside the city limits. Maryville College is just around the corner,Great Smoky Mountains are just up the road...close to downtown historical Maryville, 30 minutes into Knoxville. Large yard to walk and enjoy. Space for 2 dogs, must be crated if left during the day...CATS are NOT allowed due to allergy concerns. NO SMOKING OR VAPING on property Diapers must be taken out to the main garbage each day. Come relax and enjoy a little piece of Heaven in our Copper Top Cabin on the peaceful side of the Smoky Mountains. We are only a short distance away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, historic Cades Cove, the Dragon and 1 hour away from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Copper Top cabin sits on a large spring fed pond stocked with bass, perch and catfish. Be sure to enjoy our paddle boat, canoe, kayak, or simply relax in the hammock or by the fire pit.

Welcome to Memaw's! No, my "Memaw" did not live here! I purchased this place only because I opened the door with a skeleton key and envisioned it becoming a cool mid-century modern nightly rental. I envisioned guests coming and showing their kids momentos from their childhood and how things "used" to be in a more simple time. The house is a step back in time, a history lesson, a cozy place to call your home away from home. I look forward to hosting you and your crew!
