The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

The property has 140 ft of easily accessible waterfront, perfect for a swim and is also within a 2 minute walk to a secluded beach. The cottage is quiet, airy and is finished to a high standard, offering a very casual luxury. Transportation is easy and the amenities are many. This is a slice of old Bermuda charm, perfect for relaxing and taking in all that is Bermuda !

Centrally located cottage at the very end of a private road with gorgeous views of Hamilton harbor. Heading east from the bottom of the hill is a 10 minute walk to a grocery store and a 12 minute walk to cycle/car rental. The #8 bus route is also located at the bottom of the hill. Access to the pink ferry route in a 15 min walk and on your way pick up a coffee and pastry from local coffee shop “Lattes”. If you love to walk, the Bermuda Railway Trail can be accessed in a 10 min walk.

Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop a similar distance. 2 restaurants are within walking distance (The Reefs and Henry VIII). Our home is located on a private peninsula with waterfront on two sides. On one side, a covered porch overlooks peaceful Cavello Bay. Fish and swim straight from the dock or explore with our kayaks and paddle board. On the other side, enjoy a firepit and snorkeling. We are located in charming Somerset on the west end of the island. Somerset Village is a 10 minute walk away with a pharmacy, bus stop, take-out and liquor store.
