All rooms are air conditioned. Washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, smart tv, private parking. There is a balcony with a view on the upper floor and a private 120 m2 garden on the lower floor. You can have a good time in the garden. Our house is in the center of Bodrum, you can go swimming and popular places on foot.

I am glad to help basic needs such as transportation, to know the bay area well and more. Basically, the apartment has a view of the sea and its own garden. It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. Aracı olanlar için park müsaitliği bulunmaktadır, olmayanlar için ise durak hemen evin önündedir. Özellikle uzun süreli konaklayan misafirlerden edindiğim tecrübeler doğrultusunda evimi eksiksiz hazırladım :) Güzel bir tatil dilerim..
