Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Umgeben von Seen und Kanälen in unberührter Natur, die zu jeder Jahreszeit ihren eigenen Reiz hat. Das separate, sehr private, charmante Kutscherhaus des Anwesens bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Ein Kamin sorgt zusätzlich für wohlige Wärme, ein großer Garten mit Terrasse lädt zum Grillen + Chillen ein.

Wir lieben Kontraste - Im Schloss Lanke vermieten wir im Dachgeschoss ein großzügiges 100 qm großes Loft. Ein Schloss-Loft. Außen französische Neorenaissance, Innen dezenter Minimalismus. Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Shops, restaurants, and nature trails are all within walking distance. The friendly host lives next door to assist with any needs during your stay!

Genießt die Ruhe, entspannt euch beim Anblick der Weite und beobachtet spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus. Direkt im Ort befindet sich der Bernsteinsee, einer der schönsten Seen Brandenburgs mit großem Sandstrand, kleinen Buchten und einem Strandbad. Wälder und Felder rund um Ruhlsdorf laden zu schönen Spaziergängen und zum Pilze sammeln ein. Kaum zu glauben, dass diese Oase der Ruhe in nur 45 Minuten mit dem Auto von Berlin Mitte zu erreichen ist.

Wer im Barnim Urlaub macht - findet hier eine gemütliche, gut ausgestattete und ruhige Wohnung in direkter Seenähe Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend ganz dicht am Wandlitzsee. Vom Balkon aus kannst du am Morgen die Rehe auf der angrenzenden Waldwiese beim Äsen beobachten. Im Sommer bist du zu Fuss in 3 Minuten am See. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Eine helle und geräumige Galerie im OG laden zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein.

Scheune de Lütt - Kleine Scheune ganz groß

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen. Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein. Wohnung auf dem Bauernhof nahe Berlin

Wir bieten unser Dachgeschoss als FW für 2-4 P. an. Ein Kinderreisebett ist zusätzlich vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt am Rand der Wandlitzer Seenlandschaft und ist somit idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren im Barnim. Berlin ist mit dem ÖPNV oder dem Auto in ca. 45 -60 min erreichbar. Fußläufig von der Wohnung befinden sich Badestellen des Stolzenhagener Sees und des Wandlitzsees, ein Spielplatz und ein Restaurant.

Unser gemütliches Wochenendgrundstück lädt Sie zu einem herrlich entspannten Urlaub ein. Ein privater Steg mit Seezugang sowie Wald und Wiese liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Auf 1000 qm Grundstück können Sie die Natur vollkommen alleine genießen. Beobachten Sie Sonnenauf- und –untergänge in der Kanzel auf dem Steg. Ruderboote können in der Nähe in der Saison ausgeliehen werden. Auch Angeln ist am Rahmersee mit Angelkarte möglich.

In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
