Apartment Obala - Apartment 1

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It walls are one meter thick, so you don't need an air conditioner even in hot summer days. It is on the ground floor, with a nice terrace in front of the apartment. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. In the bedroom, there are stone walls like they were in the old house and through the whole ground floor there is a large wooden beam in the ceiling. It was originally a mast on a sailing ship and it took 20 villager to brought it to the house. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 25 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

Villa Blue Sky is a charming stone house built using the famous white Brač marble. Two pools settled in a peaceful olive garden will offer you privacy, while the city center of Bol (300m), grocery shop, fish-market and pharmacy are only a few minutes away on foot. The Villa offers great sea views. Newly built in a traditional Dalmatian style, the modern interior is equipped with all appliances and comforts for a perfect stay. Zlatni rat, the most popular beach in Croatia, is only 1500m away.

The apartment is in the center, the seafront on the waterfront. It has two floors, terrace with a beautiful view, living area with kitchen, bathroom and a room with a low ceiling in the gallery. In living room there are 2 sofas and in the sleeping part of the gallery there are 2 beds . Fully equipped and very modern. Outside the door you step on a beautiful promenade which extends over 1 km to the beach Zlatni rat. The sea is in front of the house and the nearest beach is 50 m distance.

Apartmani IRMA, A3

This ground-floor apartment offers 45 m² of indoor space and a garden terrace with beautiful sea views. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms — one with a double bed (200x160 cm) and another with two separate single beds (190x80 cm). There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining area. The highlight of the apartment is the garden terrace, perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, and enjoying the sea view.

The apartment, situated in a peaceful location very close to the center, has just been renovated. It has 1 room with 2 single beds (beds can be connected to 1 large size bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen and sofa (large sofa bed) and big terrace with sea view. Apartment is on a great location, 5 minute walk to city centre, 15 minute walk to the most famous beach, Zlatni rat /Golden Cape. Apartment also has a private parking and is ideal place to stay for a family or friends exploring the island.

Stone castle "Kaštil", 15th century, Pučišća Brač

Stone Beauty from 1467, cultural monument located in the historical core of Pučišća - one of the 15 most beautiful small towns in Europe. The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

The Island Place

A spacious (120 m2) completely refurbished 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms, relax zone and magnificent sea view overlooking the Bol harbor and the open sea. Situated in very center of Bol in quiet residential area. The apartment is an entirely functional FAMILY HOME with fully equipped kitchen, all appliances and utensils. Each room is separately air- conditioned and sleeping area is separated from living and dining area.

Apartment Eli

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.

Seagull's nest

Take it easy at this unique getaway by the sea. This little studio apartment is located on the second floor of a family stone house right next to the sea and is a 3-minute walk from the very center of Bol and the port. Seagull's nest is only 4 meters away from the sea, and 20 meters away from the beach, hence the gorgeus view. Nearby are the "Ribarska kućica" and "Martinica" beach, just 5-minute pleasant ealk along the sea.

Villa Lemo, Bol, island of Brač

Villa Lemo is a holiday home with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, located in a quiet eastern part of Bol, near the Dominican Monastery. It is just 300 meters from the town center and 250 meters from the beaches. The villa is ideal for families. It features private parking, an outdoor swimming pool (30 m²) with a separate whirlpool (jacuzzi), and a courtyard with a barbecue.

Apartment Adriatic

Apartment Adriatic is our brend new , spacious, airy, light, luxurious, apartment . In its 90 m2 on there are: Kitchen with dining room, living room, bathroom with shower and balcony with beautiful sea, main bedroom with king bed, another bedroom with twin beds, toilet and big terrace (10m2) which offers splendid panoramic views of the sea and Bol.
