This was our second time staying at Craig and Deb's place ✨ it was wonderful as always! place is clean, cozy and warm. They're very attentive, and the area feels safe, convenient supermarket nearby. A must stay if going skiing at West Mountain.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Shane is a great host and was very responsive and accommodated us last minute. Not to mention we and our kids had so much fun with the games! Foosball, air hockey, vintage arcade game, and a giant Connect Four - how cool! We were on our way to Sarasota Springs and were very happy to have found Shane’s place to hang our hats for the night before making the short trip down the next morning.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Host thought of everything. Great location, easy walk to downtown. Great value for the place and we would highly recommend!

This is my second time staying at this location, the first time I stayed in the upstairs apt. The pictures are as described and the place is conveniently located to town. The place was clean and the bed linens were very good. Meghan and her team are very communicative and I will definitely stay at this place again. It’s a great value.

Dan’s place is wonderful for a quiet, romantic getaway. We loved the deck and the big green space to walk our dog. The apartment was spotless and smelled clean. Dan was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I are hoping to come back someday!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Ellen and Chris’s place in Saratoga! They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home and welcomed—from the delicious fresh cookies waiting for us, to thoughtful local dinner recommendations, to a couple of truly lovely conversations. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated with such care and personality. There were so many delightful little touches that made the space feel alive, welcoming, and peaceful. It was the perfect blend of charm and comfort. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, neighborhood-y vibe with easy access to the heart of Saratoga Springs. Whether we were walking to restaurants, exploring nearby parks, or just relaxing indoors, it felt like the ideal home base. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one stands out! We will absolutely be back—and would recommend this gem to anyone looking for a warm, thoughtful, and memorable stay in Saratoga Springs!

Beautiful and spacious condo in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and events. Lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of places to run and walk. All of the trees and flowers were in spring bloom. Just a gorgeous spot from which to discover Saratoga Springs. We received great restaurant recommendations which we took advantage of.

The house was perfect for our little getaway! It was very clean and very homey. Comfortable and peaceful. We loved walking to town and exploring. Would 10/10 stay at the house again!

Donal's carriage house is walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants downtown Saratoga Springs has to offer. The 3 parking spots right out front allow for guest coming from different regions to all drive and not have to worry about finding a parking garage or street parking. It is only a short drive to the lake or SPAC. Don was proactive and very responsive.

Gordon is extremely conscientious and was very available without being intrusive. Property had a lovely private back deck to sit and read! Also a visit from a bunny from time to time added to the serenity of my visit! Easy walking distance to downtown and the neighborhood is the best you will ever find! Also a 5 minute walk to a farmers market that is one of the best I have visited! I strongly recommend this Property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. Another nice festure is its just a 20 minute walk to the racetrack! Save $50 on parking! The walk is through lovely neighborhoods of historical houses! Very beautiful and nostalgic! Definitely worth the walk! I hope to stay there many more times!

Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Keen and thoughtful attention to details, from the well-appointed kitchen with pristine coffeemaker, to toiletries, to first-aid items to name a few. Comfy lodging for my party of three’s two nights. Thanks, Karen.

Seriously the best place you can stay in at this price point. Teresa & Pat’s home is absolutely lovely; it’s cozy, rustic, and absolutely spotless. They’re down the street from one of the best hidden gems in the area, the Adirondack Cafe, and just 10 minutes from Gore Mountain. The location just can’t be beat! We’re so grateful for their tremendous hospitality and look forward to coming back for some spring riding at Gore!

The “Wood Inn” was perfect for our friend ski vacation. Just the right size for two couples. It had everything we needed and was perfectly located. Close to the ski area and our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

We spent a total of 3 to 4 weeks, dealing with a family issue. Place is brand new, clean, and super conveniently located. Host very responsive.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! The place was spotless! We felt so comfortable with how clean the space was and it was the perfect size for two. A big perk were the heated floors in the bathroom!! Location was perfect—about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Gillian was quick with her responses whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here when we travel back to Saratoga Springs!

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.

Nicholas was a great host and the place was awesome! Super clean and has everything you need. My dogs really liked looking out the big windows to the lake :)
