Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Grounds feature access to woods, pond and canoe-ready Roundout Creek. A large sunlit family room, a variety of games, vast outdoor space with furnished patio, in-ground pool/deck/BBQ/swings/firepit/hammock offer the perfect place to relax and restore your connection to nature, friends and family.

4 bedroom New Paltz house - family & pet friendly!

Our 1960s Colonial house has two stories, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and was recently renovated. We are located on a dead end street in a quiet and private neighborhood in New Paltz. The house is just one mile from Mohonk Mountain House, 8 miles to Minnewaska State Preserve, with beautiful hiking trails to the Bonticou Crag right off of our street. We are a 10 minute drive to the village of New Paltz, and SUNY New Paltz, 30 minutes to Kingston and Poughkeepsie, and 45 minutes to Hudson.

Restored 1880's home & barn with Arts & Crafts antique furniture in the heart of Hudson Valley offers 3 bedrooms on a spacious beautiful-landscaped property. Walking distance to Mohonk preserve & nearby Mohonk Mountain House for hiking, biking, skiing, skating & just a few minutes from nearby hamlets of High Falls, Stone Ridge & New Paltz. Great location for activities, or relax in the amazing yard with views of Mohonk Mtn preserve or cozy up by a fire. Property is also fenced for pets.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.
