The Bungalow at Brianza Winery

Studio apartment with queen bed, full kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Great for couples or solo travelers you can enjoy the peaceful beautiful grounds and stop by the tasting room for a wine tasting. The tasting room is located about 400 yards from The Bungalow and is open Tuesday thru Sunday. If you need more space, the Cottage at Brianza (located adjacent to the Bungalow) and the Bungalow can be rented together creating a three bedroom rental. This is a great place to stay on a city park, with lots to do in the area. The Community Center sits in the rear and has billiards, basketball, weight room, shuffle board, ping pong, and more. The river is 5 or 6 blocks East and has a walking/biking trail. Walk to eateries, casino, race track, tennis courts, football, shopping, coffee shops, etc. The Creation museum is only a 10 minute drive. The Ark is an additional 30 minutes South. This place is special because it is in the heart.

It’s close to everything and its private.

It’s a duplex house consisting of two Airbnbs in one house, there’s a private staircase upstairs to Airbnb, it has a private balcony, private kitchen and private bath. there is no living room or dinning room. It has offstreet parking and 1 space in the driveway. It has 5G Wi-Fi . It’s a 13 minute drive from downtown,.The grocery store is about seven minutes away and lots of restaurants in the same area, 25 minute drive from the airport. There is a camera in the hallway.
