Welcome to our guesthouse, a simple yet inviting space on our family property. Inside, you'll find a well-lit bathroom with a rain shower, a TV, and internet. A coffee machine, fridge, and comfy sofa make the living area ideal for relaxation. An elevated space holds two mattresses—one for sleeping, the other for lounging—that convert into beds for groups of four. Outside, enjoy a seat at a table set before a hill of sun-loving plants. No kitchen, but home-cooked meals are available upon request.

"Kosmaj Vista” je potpuno nova kuća u blizini Kosmaja, na samo sat vremena od Beograda. Naša kuća izgrađena je 2024. godine i predstavlja savršen spoj modernog dizajna i prirode u kojoj je smeštena. Na prostoru od 60 ari nalazi se otvoreni bazen, letnjikovac sa stolom za ping pong i bbq, i predivna kuća površine od 170m2. U kući se nalaze prostrani dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, 4 spavaće sobe, dva kupatila i sala za yogu. Idealna je za porodice sa decom, okupljanje prijatelja ili team building-e.

If you're seeking an escape to nature within 100km of Belgrade, you'll love the privacy and silence of these wonderful cabins surrounded by mountains and wildflower meadows. Wake every morning to birdsong and fall asleep to crickets. Cook on a wood-fired stove (which heats the cabins) and bathe in a wooden bathtub. Plus hammocks and a lovely terrace. Najbliža prodavnica udaljena je 2km. Gornji Milanovac je udaljen 4km, Takovo 7km, planina Rudnik 18km, planina Vujan 18km. Vikendica je idealna za porodicu sa malom decom, i veći broj ljudi.
