Beautiful home with comfortable beds & couches. Lots of space to enjoy family and relax. Decorated beautifully with plenty of towels, blankets, cooking utensils etc for you to feel right at home! Layne was also a great host & responded quickly to any & all questions & concerns.

Ten of us stayed for my sisters 50th birthday. The house was honestly the best place we have ever stayed . It was beautiful, clean and very well stocked. The beds are all comfortable. Everything was perfect.

The hosts are fantastic. The home is beautiful and extremely clean. The beds are super comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you need to have a great visit. The neighborhood is wooded and quiet. We saw deer in the backyard. The kids had a great time playing pool and darts. We will stay here again.

This place is amazing and we definitely want to come back. Jay was very hospitable and responsive. As others mentioned in their reviews, the professional kitchen in the common area really is great. We came down to Pine Valley with a big group for a float trip. Its was a huge relief that this property had everything we needed and more so we could just focus on spending time with each other. Oh, and we found a full size cornhole game with sandbags we played with too. Fun.

Wow. I booked this trip the day of after a stressful week at work, wanted to go somewhere in the country for some serenity. This place was exactly what I needed and more. Place was immaculate, The hot tub was ready to go when we got there, (main reason for booking) super nicely decorated. Met the host on the way out and she was fantastic. She also accommodated me super last minute for a booking which she didn’t have to do (multiple other hosts were not willing to accommodate). Thanks again! I plan on bringing my family over that way sometime.

We were extremely pleased with the house. The 2 boys had very nice rooms, they liked them! Our room was also very nice. It was a quiet neighborhood unlike many other places. Being a separate house there were no close neighbors to hear, especially in the late evening. It was a safe area to go for walks. We were very pleased with everything.

This place was perfect for us, and had everything we needed! The keurig and the drip coffee maker, with plenty of coffee, were nice. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The location was great for our family events in Bonne Terre and Fredericktown. We would definitely stay there again!
