Hydronic heating , heated towel rail and underfloor heating in the bathroom keeps you warm in winter, while reverse cycle air conditioning maintains comfort in summer. This cottage is 4 mins drive from Bowral with delightful country views to the Wingecarribee River. It has 2 bedrooms - both Queen size beds with reverse cycle air conditioning. A functioning kitchenette as well as a breakfast table & chairs, smart TV/Nettflix in a cosy sitting room. Blue & white bathroom. Ideal for a couple or with baby or 2 couples. I get a lot of 2 + 1 guests which works equally as well. Two private outside areas to sit and enjoy the peaceful rural views is also available.

Recently refurbished (2021) cottage set in our lovely tiered private garden on the slope of Mt Alexander. Views to the Mittagong Ranges and a very quiet and peaceful location. Easy 15 min walk to train station and many food and drink venues. A/C (heat/cool), wood burner, ceiling fan, double glazed windows. Queen bed, bathroom with heated floor, heated towel rail and a well equipped kitchenette with basic breakfast provisions including tea and coffee. Private, peaceful & perfect for couples.
