One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock (seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). Whole home heating system, bedroom has window AC. 1 mile to downtown BC on paved bike trail. 6 miles to Boyne Mountain.

The covered porch and patio with grill and fire pit are a great place to relax day and night. Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, you are only 3 blocks to the best restaurants and bars downtown and just 2 blocks from the best public beach in the city. Boyne Mountain ski resort is only an 8 minute drive away. We look forward to being a part of your adventure!

Gorgeous Getaway! 2 Queens/2 Fold-up twins.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!

We are a 2 minute drive to to Boyne Mountain ski and Golf Resort. There is a big yard and a swing set for children. This house is very close to the Boyne river and may not be suitable for young children or toddlers. We do NOT have an outlet suitable for charging EVs and the nearest charging station is located at Boyne Mountain Resort just a couple of minutes from here. please top off before arriving.
