There is no lake access at the cottage, private dock is available at our home a few doors down. Wintertime: 4 miles to ski & snowboard Boyne Mtn, Avalanche indoor waterpark too! 9.6 miles to Jordan Valley snowmobile parking. High ceilings make the 350 sq feet seam a bit larger. Being an end unit it offers a lot of privacy.
