We had a lovely Easter weekend here as a three-generation family – grandparents, parents, and young children all thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is absolutely beautiful , stylish, and full of character, set in a peaceful spot, it even includes an old water-mill. The location was ideal for us with easy access to Oxford and the surrounding area. There’s a new children's play area just a short walk away, and the local farm shop nearby was perfect for picking up fresh produce and treats – we had everything we needed without having to go far. The hosts were thoughtful and welcoming, and the house was spotless with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for everyone to relax.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

A lovely, spacious house, perfect for a family vacation. The beautiful garden was a highlight for us. We spent most of our time outdoors, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool and trampoline. Indoors, the living room was stocked with a great selection of toys that kept the little ones entertained.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

We had a lovely stay at Coombeswell Cottage. The descent to the vally is adventurous at first, but you get used to it quickly. It only underlines the charm and countryside feel of the place. Secluded in a valley next to the Devil's Punchbowl, Coombeswell Cottage has it all: peace and quiet, lovely views, walks and hikes nearby, and the charming town of Haslemere a stone's throw away. The house itself is cosy and packed with books, antiques and curiosities. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate after a day's walk. To top it all, the easy train connection to London makes Haslemere ideal for country stays combined with a city trip to Britain's capital. A must-do!

booked with miranda for a couple of nights and she couldn't have been a better host.. very helpful and responded to right awa to any queries I had.. the house and garden were both beautiful and the whole stay was very enjoyable.. would definaltet recommend 👌.

Absolutely lovely AirbnB. Exactly as described. Beautiful inside with comfy beds, plenty of hot water and everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Very pretty surroundings with lots of good walks in the area. We found plenty of good places to eat and Fiona was able to give us recommendations.Ideally placed to explore Winchester or further afield. We used it as a base to visit Stonehenge as it's not far away. Well worth exploring the pretty village of Alresford (Watercress Heritage Steam line) Fiona was a very friendly and responsive host. Definitely hope to return one day. If I could give 12/10 I would !

Lovely house , felt right at home nice to go back to after a hard days work. Would visit again when we are in the area.

The property was like a home from home the location was great and Lucy was a great host and if i ever need to book again I would not have any hesitation.

This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay with our own private garden. Lovely surroundings. James was a very friendly and helpful host. We asked for a couple of things and he sorted them out immediately. Our group enjoyed their stay very much and would happily go there again.

Anna was a fantastic host!! very approachable and helpful. she even had the essentials we needed in for us arriving which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. thank you Anna for an amazing stay at your home it is stunning and ideal for us with a young child and dog. we will be back in the future for sure

Really lovely and spacious home that was perfect for our catch up with extended family travelling from abroad. The location was excellent for local attractions (Windsor Castle, The Long Walk, Legoland) and easy travel options into London for sightseeing and theatre with good connections to Heathrow. The glorious view of the extensive local NYE fireworks displays from the bedroom window was an absolute highlight which the kids enjoyed very much. Kate was really helpful and communicative and we would definitely recommend her place.

This house was great , so peaceful and relaxing with a amazing garden, loved staying here. Cassandra the host was very friendly and helpful, highly recommend to anyone and will be staying again.

A super find, clean, modern but homely and welcoming within walking distance of the river and local shops, restaurants. A great base to visit beautiful surrounding area. We had a lovely long weekend in February enjoying Marlow and walking in Chilterns. Would definitely recommend.

Rachel is a lovely host will respond to all messages and her home is cosy and welcoming. A lovely view out of the back garden. In a quiet area of Shalford and in walking distance of all amenities which is, Village store, cafe, barbers, post office/shop, Chinese/chippy, Thai restaurant and pub. Shalford also has a train station. It's also a short drive in to Guildford town centre. We stayed with family and had a lovely relaxing time before they had to fly from Gatwick Airport which is 50mins away by car. Google maps took us through the countryside avoiding Motorway. Would highly recommend staying here and if in the area again will definitely book to stay.

I would recommend this to anybody... Ideal to stay for trips to London... Michael took the time out to contact me prior to stay regards issues with a shower and dish washer... But fixed them prior to our arrival as promised... Excellent place & excellent host... Thanks again Michael

The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay at Emma’s place. The house is clean and modern and lovely to have some bits for younger children to enjoy. Great location for our event and nice to be able to put children to bed and relax with family in comfortable surroundings

Shabana was very responsive, and helpful with a query before our stay.
