This Lake nacimiento house has a great feel with a peaceful roof top deck , out door shower and pizza oven. It’s a short 5 minute ride down to launch your boat. Starlink internet works great. Deep 25 foot garage for a boat. Washer and dryer included , kitchen has electric stove , refrigerator. You get access to the oak shores pool , jacuzzi , pickle ball and fun events. Registration form needs to be sent to oak shores 24 hours prior to arrival. Oak shores charges 25 per day for watercraft
