Less than 1 mile from the Retreat Farm, this private & peaceful attached carriage house is perfectly located in the heart of Brattleboro. Only steps from the Retreat Woods nature trails & a short walk into historic downtown, you'll find coffee shops, bookstores & the Stone Church nearby. Thoughtfully designed to have a minimal cozy cabin feel, the downstairs is open concept living w/ a gas fireplace. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Outdoors, enjoy 10 miles of trails & the beautiful West River.

Clark Farm-2 Master-Suites, Great kitchen, views!

The historic Clark Farm boasts beautiful mountain views as well as of our apple orchard and early 19th Century barn. The farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 king-size master suites that are tucked away each on their own floor. The queen room and the kids room (twins) share 1.5 baths in the "new" side of the house. The spacious light-filled farmhouse has an open floor plan with a gas fireplace in both the living room and tv/game room. Outdoors enjoy the 8 adirondack chairs and a fire pit .

Beautiful Timber Frame Retreat

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!
