Surrounded by 100 year old oaks & scenic wildlife, Salt Creek Retreat is a well appointed getaway. If you want to experience world class fishing at the beach & off the dock, with all the comforts of home, then this is the place for you. We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. Our gorgeous 3 bedroom / 2 bath home sits on a huge basin in West Bay, with 160 feet of waterfront in the Terramar community. The property sleeps 9 and is perfect for a 2-family getaway, couples weekends, or a group of friends looking to enjoy some time away from home. A luscious nature preserve on the other side of the basin provides frequent visits from unique birds, as well as totally unobstructed views of the sunset. There's plenty of room to BBQ & relax in the fenced in back yard. Canoeing is encouraged & one is provided for your enjoyment, but please bring your own life jackets & fishing poles!

Brazoria Riverside Family Paradise!

This has been our family home for 30 years and we recently renovated. We're excited to share it with guests now who can hopefully make as many great memories as we have! We have 200 ft of San Bernard river frontage with a dock, plus plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. There's a separate guest house with an en-suite bathroom, and the property is just a few minutes away from Hanson Park and its public boat slip. We have everything you need for your family trip!

Beautiful Waterfront River House on The San Bernard River. Excellent Fishing, Swimming, Kayaking or Boating all from your private dock! Relax and take in the amazing views. At night enjoy smores around the fire pit and fish under the green lights. Have your own boat? The boat slip is across the river from The Lone Oak. 20 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes south of Houston. Kayaks, Games, Fishing Poles and Crabtraps are FREE for our guest to use during their stay. THERE IS NO WIFI

Riverside getaway between Houston & Galveston

Riverside Manor is a peaceful retreat outside of Houston, just 15 min from NASA and Galveston island. This self enclosed Guest suite has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (no full stove). Exit through the kitchenette straight down to the river, where you can relax around the fire pit, fish in the Bayou or paddle a kayak (or 3). Property is raised up amongst the trees, surrounded by nature and peace. Can sleep 4 but best suited for one couple, families or 3 close friends.
