My studio / one bedroom in Breckenridge is a 415-square foot 3rd floor condo that sleeps up to four. Enjoy the ski in, ski out location at the base of Peak 8. All the great restaurants and shopping on Main Street are a 10 min walk away. Our place is professionally cleaned by a company that follows all the Covid-19 cleaning recommendations by Airbnb. Due to a severe allergy of a resident of the complex, pets are not possible. If you have service animal, please inform me at the time of booking.

Our place has a full size kitchen and we have most of the essentials that you will need during your stay (coffee maker & filters, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc.).

The Getaway is located on the ground level of a historic barn that has been totally remodeled...and the Getaway is a newer addition to property. Down a few steps to an intimate deck area & then a few more steps to the entry into the open floor plan that is light and airy.
