It was completely rebuilt in 2013, with a queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa. Set far back from the road, with off street parking in the nicely landscaped yard, it's safe and quiet. Wifi with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV+ and other modern amenities while retaining its 1940's charm. The Cottage is in the same lot as a law office, which has complete office equipment. It is ideal for business travel, as well as personal stay. We encourage long-term rentals of the furnished property.

One Queen bedroom on the 1st floor and 1 King and 1 Queen on the second floor.

We are renting a private studio attached to our house - with it's own private entrance and en-suite bathroom. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed and a custom made Cypress work desk. Our home is a historic 1910s New Orleans home with all original hardwood and features - including a wrap around porch. Centrally located in Broadmoor, you have access to most of the city in 15 min or less.
