The apartment is generous in size with a open-plan living area and a small patio, ideal for a morning coffee. The apartment is only a short walk to the beach and train station with local amenities on your doorstep.

The sea and Lido are at one end of our historic terrace, with cafés, bars and restaurants of Kemptown Village at the other. No 14's private studio room has cooking facilities, walled patio, and separate shower room. On the lower floor there's a washing machine and a dryer - and we welcome small dogs! Communal entrance. Royal Pavilion is a 15 min scenic stroll. Brighton Station about 15 mins by bus and 7 mins by cab. No events, not suitable for infants or children, sorry.
