Completely private self contained apartment within the grounds of Ivy Guest House. Suitable for individuals, couples and small families. The refurbished apartment is fully furnished with everything you may need for a relaxing stay. A generous sized lounge, fully fitted kitchen, king size/twin bedroom with remodelled en-suite bathroom, and a private courtyard garden area with patio. The apartment benefits from a shared car park with two spaces and is easily accessed from the main road.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Lantana House is quietly situated on the fringe of the village of Brinscall in the Borough of Chorley in Lancashire. It is a traditional designed bungalow, built in 1950. This superb home looks out onto the village cricket green and from the rear, picturesque views of Brinscall Woods, Great Hill, Winter Hill, Rivington and the West Pennine Moors. You may walk, run or cycle from the front or the rear gate into miles of upland moorlands, tree lined valleys, rivers and reservoirs.

Local villages include Croston and Eccleston, perfect location to enjoy boutique shops and excellent home made food in the local pubs and restaurants. With the indoor wood stove, new kitchen and bathroom, oak furniture, outdoor fire pit and garden overlooking a park, we hope you’ll find this a fantastic getaway.
