The hosts live in the house on the upper floor, but they do not use any of the garden facilities and all facilities such as the seasonal pool, barbecue, table football, darts, sun terrace and relaxation area are exclusively available for the guests. There are small markets, restaurants and cafes nearby.

he house consist of two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor is connected with the ground floor by wooden stairs. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.
