Close to the beach, located in a quiet, historic street in the heart of Broadstairs, moments from the beaches of both the quieter Stone Bay and lively Viking Bay and the town’s shops and restaurants. Bleak House Lodge, and garden is the perfect location for a seaside getaway. The property was sympathetically renovated, maintaining an authentic period atmosphere. The south facing, private, walled garden is a beautiful sun trap, which can also be enjoyed from the garden room. 1 small dog allowed

The Lodge at Stone Bay

The dog and family friendly spacious Lodge was the Matrons house in the grounds of an infirmary, now a special school for pupils with autism.. the Lodge has a lounge with a double sofa bed, separate dinning room & separate kitchen and utility area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms- one king and one twin bedroom along with a dedicated office area and a spacious bathroom. There’s a secure small gated garden & onsite parking. It’s very close to Stone Bay beach, & a 10 minute walk to Broadstairs.

The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

Paddock Retreat, Broadstairs-Beach, Golf and Walks

Location: Situated in a scenic area, this delightful bungalow is only a fifteen minute walk from Joss bay beach and Stone Bay, two of Broadstairs’ finest beaches, and within easy walking distance from central Broadstairs and the train station. It is very near to the North Foreland Golf Club, the Lighthouse and public footpath through Elmwood Farm, overlooking fields with horses. Horse riding is available at Elmwood Farm and coffee and cakes or a pub meal are on offer in Reading Street

Chapel View is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment in the Heart of Broadstairs which comes with one free parking space. My parking space is a godsend as parking in high season is £15.00 a day in council car park. My seaside holiday home is set over two levels and is within a two minute walk from Viking Bay and is a stone throw from Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and independent Shops which make Broadstairs such a popular destination. I have updated lounge furniture October 2024.

Holiday bungalow in the heart of the beautiful, seaside town of Broadstairs. Located just a few minutes walk away from the main sands of Viking Bay, Louisa Bay and lots of cafes/restaurants/bars. The bungalow has three bedrooms. Two with King beds and one with twin beds. The property also consists of a conservatory dining area leading onto a newly landscaped garden and a beautiful kitchen. There is also a lovely living room area with a huge corner sofa. Off street parking available .

Step out of the front door and you are just 50 yards from Harbour Street; the heart of Broadstairs with atmospheric pubs, bars, restaurants, independent shops. You are a stone's throw from the newly refurbished Jetty and the beautiful sandy beach at Viking Bay and the colourful beach huts of secluded Stone Bay. Add to that the quality of the property you will be staying in and it makes this the ideal place for a break in beautiful Broadstairs, whatever the time of year.

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.
