We had a lovely weekend away and the apartment was as beautifully decorated as advertised. Super comfortable beds and crisp white linen. The Blyde lagoon was really clean, well run and the kids really loved being at the “ocean” and enjoyed the canoe rides. It was not overcrowded and we had a peaceful day in perfect weather. Cee was super quick to respond to any of our requests and inquiries. The restaurant on site was a bit disappointing but we explored restaurants nearby and could order Uber Eats delivered to us at the gate. We even had a lovely time visiting the Sammy Marks Museum which was just 1km away.

This was really my home away from home. This house is huge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. A braai inside and outside with an enormous swimming pool. It was nice that Lydia just let us be, she was just a message away if we needed anything. For a week it felt like our home. We will definately come again!

My Friends and I had a beautiful stay. Place was beautiful and quite, we liked the finishing of the house . Wish we could’ve stayed for longer.

This is my second time to stay at Chris's place. Chris is an extremely responsive and attentive host. The apartment itself is in a safe and gate community. The guards are very kind and remembered me from months prior. The apartment has a nice view of the road and a comfy hanging chair on the balcony, which is great for reading a book. it is just a few minutes walking to Brooklyn mall and quite safe considering it is one block from a United Nations office with security as well as the Turkish embassy. I will for sure stay at Chris's apartment again and want to emphasize how nice it is to have a responsive and considerate host that also has a nice place to stay.
