A bright airy annexe in a quiet rural setting with views of the countryside and the river Tay. The accommodation comprises one double bedroom, an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and shower room. We are only minutes from Monifieth with it's shops, pubs, restaurants, golf courses and beach with public transport/cycle path giving easy access to Carnoustie, Broughty Ferry and Dundee.
