Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Alles war sehr sauber. Der Blick ist wunderschön. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Einzig die Müllentsorgung ist etwas problematisch und man benötigt ein Auto. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen!

Wer Ruhe mag, ist in dieser Unterkunft gut aufgehoben. Weg vom Trübel der Stadt und nah an den schönen Strände. Alessandro und Tiziana sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt in der Küche und Bad ein bisschen vom alles was man braucht für "den ersten Tag". Die Terasse uns den Garten sind wunderschön.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Federica. L'accueil de Marco, en tant que voisin, était très chaleureux, et flexible. Il s'est montré très réactif en cas de besoin. La maison est isolée, située en haut d'une colline dans la campagne, à un peu plus de 20 min de la mer. Pour ce temps de trajet, vous bénéficiez d'un calme absolu, d'une vue dominante très dégagée, d'un immense terrain et d'un ensoleillement maximal. il est tout à fait possible de rester la journée dans la maison sans avoir à sortir et sans se marcher sur les pieds. La maison est spacieuse et décorée avec gout, dans un style qui nous a beaucoup plu! Elle dispose d'une cheminée fonctionnelle, d'une balançoire, d'un hamac et même d'une cabane de jardin. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse et agréable à vivre. Un vrai sans faute, une des meilleure maison que nous ayons eue via Airbnb.

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Villa meravigliosa, una vera e propria oasi di pace a stretto contatto con la natura, ideale per rilassarsi in coppia o in compagnia di amici. Letti e lenzuola comodissimi e di ottima qualità. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, incluse lavatrice e asciugatrice. Piscina e zona circostante sono il vero punto di forza, lo spazio all’aperto è davvero molto ampio e ben curato. Posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente aeroporto, supermercati e paesini limitrofi, in area silenziosa e poco affollata. Luigi è un padrone di casa molto disponibile e gentile, facilmente reperibile per qualsiasi necessità. Semplicemente perfetta! Ritorneremo sicuramente

Marcellos Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Insbesondere für unsere Kinder war es toll, jeden Tag zu den Tieren zu können und Tomaten und Salat vom Feld zu ernten. Unbedingt die Führung mit Marcello durch den Bauernhof machen! Man lernt tolle Fakten über das frühere Leben und Marcellos Familie, denen der Bauernhof gehört. Marcellos war immer erreichbar für Fragen und hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Restaurants oder Ausflüge gegeben. Echt super! Strände, Restaurants usw. erreicht man mit dem Auto in 15-30 Minuten. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, Marcello und seinen Bauernhof kennenzulernen und hier ein paar Tage zu verbringen.

The house is beautiful and serene, we had a great stay with two families. Ample spaces to share, beautiful view and the beaches are close by and really stunning. The only downside was that AC is available only in the three double bedrooms, and not in the fourth smaller bedroom nor in the common areas. During very hot days this wasn't exactly the best and this wasn't very clear from the description or from the answers the host gave us when booking. Besides this detail, the house is definitely recommended!

Lovely villa which is comfortable and very well maintained. A few minutes walk from a beach with many beautiful beaches a short drive away. We stayed in August and were turned away from some beaches if we had not booked Cala Brandinchi Lu Impostu so plan ahed and book if you want to visit these beautiful beaches.

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

Wunderschönes Haus an traumhafter Lage. Werde meine morgendlichen Spaziergänge an die schönen Naturstrände vermissen. Die Aussichten sind einfach magisch 🥰. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wir hatten die Strände meist für uns allein. Vielen Dank liebe Marie, dass Du dein Haus mit Gästen teilst. Vielen Dank!

Great hosts, amazing surroundings , Luca gave us a few tips on what restaurants to go and they were all great. The house and the surroundings felt so peaceful. We particularly loved the daily visits from Charlie and Dobby the dogs on site. Will def be back to this amazing place.

Saubere schöne und neue Villa mit allen nötigen Ausstattungen. Sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war vorhanden. Zwei Küchen und einen Aussengrill und einen wunderschönen grosser Aussentisch haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa verlockender gemacht. Wir haben mehrere Abend dort verbracht. Sehr empfehlenswert! Cecilia und Roberto waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Besonders der grosse Pool war ein grosses Highlight.

This villa was wonderful! The write up and pictures here don’t do it justice. We went as a group of two families with 4 adults and 6 children between us. The house was so big we never felt cramped. The location is brilliant - minutes from some super wonderful beaches. Our favourite was Spiaggia de La marina de puntaldia. It was so special. Lu impostu amazing as well. The shops are plentiful and close too. More about the villa. The pool was perfect! Every bedroom had a bathroom. With pool/beach towels and bath ones. The kitchen at the house was the best stocked of any I’ve ever been too! There was literally everything you could ever need to cook any meal which was great! The parasols to take to the beach we’re v welcome and we appreciate the cupboard having basics like oil salt etc. and the bin bags and dishwasher tablets etc makes that initial arrival easier. We are already planning to go again!!!

We loved the house and its position; very close to a good choice of beautiful beaches and within a minutes walk to a restaurant/bar. Everybody is friendly here. The house has everything you need with comfy beds, lovely open terrace for outdoor dining and drinks. The path to the beach is at the bottom of the garden. There is also a daytime snack bar just before the nearest beach. Lovely clean beach with clear water and a choice of quiet water sports. Ignazia was a great host, responding very quickly and helping with suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to the next time.

El alojamiento es hermoso, es cómodo y muy completo, tiene todas las comodidades para hacer una estadía perfecta. Sin embargo lo que más nos gustó sin duda fue la vista desde el patio, es impagable levantarse y tener esa vista al golfo o verlo en el atardecer. La casa está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila, y si bien comparte el terreno con un vecino justo al lado, no escuchamos ningún ruido por lo que nuestra estadía fue geníal. Una cuestión importante a tener en cuenta es que el camino hacia la casa tiene aproximadamente 5 cuadras de tierra que no está en muy buen estado, recomiendo ir despacio porque tiene algunos pozos que son complicados y más si llueve. Exceptuando esto, el alojamiento es perfecto, sobre todo para ir en verano. Ademas destaco la atención de Bruna, quien nos respondió todas nuestras inquietudes y nos dio consejos para ir de compras o a comer en las cercanías del lugar. Sin dudas una experiencia muy linda que nos encantaría repetir.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Bouganville. The location is perfect and very convenient, and the views are beautiful. The highlight has to be the pool, which is lovely to lounge in during the afternoon when the sun has warmed it nicely. There are is a small shop and cafe within walking distance, but a car is a real must if you are staying here. The house is very comfortable and spacious. Martina and her team are also very proactive and organised, including communicating the rather particular waste disposal rules in the area. I would very much recommend a visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house has a fantastic vibe that made us feel right at home. The pool was a highlight, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Silvias Haus. Das Haus ist super ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und Silvia war als Gastgeberin immer sofort erreichbar, hat uns tolle Ausflugstips für die Umgebung und Empfehlungen für Restaurants geschickt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus! Es ist großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und architektonisch beeindruckend. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und es warteten Begrüßungslebensmittel auf uns – eine schöne Geste. Die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar und hatte für alles schnell eine Lösung. Besonders ihre Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände haben unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und sehr kinderfreundlich, was uns als Familie wichtig war. Ein paar Dinge sind uns aufgefallen: Größere Hunde laufen frei auf dem Gelände, das Haus ist hellhörig, der Kühlschrank nachts laut, und das Duschen war oft kalt. Das Internet funktionierte, aber nicht in jedem Raum stabil. Ein Sonnenschirm draußen hätte uns ebenfalls gefehlt. Insgesamt hatten wir aber eine großartige Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, besonders für Familien!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit in Lucas Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig und trotzdem perfekt nahe bei Stadt und Strand. Der kleine Pool und die Tiere waren vor allem für die Kinder ein Highlight. Luca hat mit ihnen die Tiere gefüttert und Früchte geerntet. Vielen Dank dafür!

Pina ist eine herzliche, offene und kommunikative Person die sofort geantwortet hat und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment willkommen gefühlt, dies nicht zuletzt als sie uns mit einem leckeren Dessert persönlich empfangen hat. Das Haus ist ein Traum, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um einen sorgenfreien Urlaub zu geniessen . Ihr Mann war für die Reinigung des Pools einige Male beim Haus, dies jedoch jedesmal unscheinbar so dass es uns nicht stören konnte, obwohl dies sowieso nicht der fall gewesen war. Danke Pina

Ruhige Lage, schöner Strand in 5 min. mit Auto erreichbar. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen / Essen gehen. Ohne Auto nicht empefhlenswert. Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem, die Kissen halfen dabei leider auch nicht weiter. Sonst alles Tip Top. Manuela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und dauerhaft erreichbar.

We had a lovely one-week stay! Rosalia's home is adorable, well-outfitted, and comfortable. It has an incredible view from the front porch and an inviting pool in the backyard, with plenty of outdoor entertainment space. Her co-host warmly welcomed us at check-in (with local wine and pastries!) and gave us a quick orientation to the property. Restaurants and grocery stores in Budoni are only a five-minute drive (with Olbia about 30 minutes away). One of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!
