Really tidy place. Minutes walk from the beach and inlet, a short drive to some great fishing spots. Whilst we didn’t take our dogs, the place is pet friendly with a very secure grassed yard and deck.

The best BNB we have stayed in. There is a lot of thought put into this lovely home to make it welcoming and comfortable. Teresa is such a lovely host. We will definitely be back.

We stay for a weekend with our family and pets at Ben’s property. His house was pristine, the pool and spa pool were the highlight of the weekend for the whole family and was very easy to operate. His home and amenities were great and the property had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was stocked, the utility was stocked and the fridge had a very generous amount of drinks on off to us.The home was very clean and had ample towels to use. Ben was amazing at keeping in touch and checking to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. He went above and beyond for us. I will definitely book to stay in Ben’s property again!

Central to everything in the Eastern Suburbs overlooking the iconic Coogee Beach. Uber rides less than $20 to everywhere (Darling Harbour, Bondi, City Centre, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Bondi Junction) Highly recommended and will stay there again .... when next in Sydney.

Susan’s place is a total little gem. It is close to everything. Walking distances to the beach, RSL club and shops. We loved the little courtyard off the studio and it was just perfect to have our morning coffee and breakfast sitting out the courtyard. Having parking available was fantastic. We loved our stay and can’t wait to stay there again.

Fantastic location a short stroll to Bronte cafes for breakfast and sea water pool to do some laps. Light and spacious apartment with comfy beds, separate dining and lounge. Anne provided a lovely and much appreciated basket of goodies and early check-in and late check-out to coincide with flights. Highly recommend.

The house worked really well for our family with lovely bedrooms for everyone and a comfortable living area with different spots for people to read or relax with the ocean views out the big windows. Also a nice stroll to the excellent Austinmer ocean pool that we swam in each day!

Our stay at Jo’s apartment was a delightful experience. The location is excellent with a playground close by for families with young kids. The apartment has everything you could need and more. Very clean and very well presented! We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Jo!

Fantastic stay! Great location and stunning views. Can’t recommend enough.

One of the best homes we have stayed in. Clean and comfortable with absolutely everything you need. We didn’t need to bring any toiletries, towels, bedding or basic supplies in the kitchen. Lovely Nespresso coffee. A bed more comfortable than my own. Sheridan towels. A lovely basket of chocolate, wine, lollies and popcorn. So giving. Worth every penny. Not to mention the gorgeous sound of the ocean at night. Just perfect, thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay in Manly, the apartment was very comfortable and the location was perfect. Sitting out on the verandah for breakfast and lunch became a regular part of our days. We enjoyed trying the many cafes and restaurants and it was a great base for our walks and swimming. We are hoping to return one days soon!

Great location just off the Corso, super accessible to Manly beach and the ferry to Circular Quay. Kirsti was a super host, always accessible and responsive and helpful. Would definitely return, enjoyed my stay. Also loved the A/C, needed in view of the late summer weather.

To celebrate my 50th birthday my husband, son and I booked 2 nights in Manly. The apartment overlooking the beach was absolutely perfect and it had everything we needed and the host was polite and responsive. The apartment was beautiful with lovely prints on the wall and very clean. We would 100% love to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

I highly recommend Jeremy’s accommodation. Very neat, bright and clean. I loved the use of space in the kitchen, the pull out pantry and over top cupboard. There is everything you need. Jeremy was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, and his emails were loaded with very clear descriptions. Thank you so much 😊 I would definitely stay again.

Lovely spacious flat, well equipped and well situated for access to the beach, natural sea pool and small number of shops. Great walks across the golf course and rifle range with sea views as well as a walk through a nature reserve (again coastal) to Maroubra Beach. Also close drive to more amenities in Maroubra and Mourabra Beach. Drive into the centre of Sydney is no more than ½ hour. A lovely, quiet spot with busy Sydney easily accessible.

Amazing location right on the beach, waking up to the sunrise in the windows was such a beautiful experience. The instructions were very thorough, the place was a little hidden but we had no trouble to find. The little pink beach shack is definitely on the list for one of our favorite places we have stayed.

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

Michael's house is in a great location opposite Sandon Point, good for walking and beaching. Great views out to the ocean. The house is a delight to stay in, large, very well equipped and comfortable. We look forward to the next time we can stay in Bulli.

I honestly can’t say enough about how phenomenal this experience was. I came off of a 20 hour flight and couldn’t wait to relax, cook dinner, and enjoy being on the water. It was the most beautiful sunset I had ever seen and one of the best night’s sleep of my life. From being picked up at the dock to the adventure of the return trip back to shore, I would recommend this incredible stay to anyone!

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. Can’t put a price on a sunrise like that, with a smoothie and coffee delivery to top it off. After a long flight from Canada it was exactly what I needed to rest, relax, enjoy the solitude and sounds of the ocean! Location was perfect - could roll to the beach in a minute and the guide of Newport was helpful, could walk everywhere! Will be recommending Nicholas’ place to everyone I know!
