Carol’s Prattville Cafe is a few doors down & Plumas Pines Bar & Grill is a short walk away. Relax on the deck, throw some steaks on the grill, pour yourself a glass of wine, and take in the beautiful Lakefront view. Sorry but we do not have a dock. You may launch your boat at Plumas Pines Marina located 1/2 mile away. No early arrival unless pre-approved.

This home is complete and ready for you to just arrive and unwind!. SAMBRANO’s beach house consists of two separate dwellings. There is a main house and a studio type. Have the option to rent it both.

This immaculate studio, with an amazing view, has everything you need to enjoy beautiful Indian Valley and the surrounding area. It is quiet, cozy and relaxing. With the fully stocked kitchen, you will have everything you need! The Loft is located above a garage that is not often used. Access to the private hot spring, swimming reservoir and ranch are only some of the perks of this property. Located 1/4 mile from the main house on the Meyers Ranch, it is private and did we mention the view?

Swallows Nest

Welcome to the Swallows Nest. Your home base during your time of fun and adventure in the Lake Almanor basin. The home uses solar with a battery backup, and the garage has exterior 110v plugs for electric vehicle charging. We also have mini-split heating and AC units installed in each room so you can control the cooling or heating. Note: The units must all run in the same mode (ie cooling or heating.) We also have a whole house heater which runs on propane. There is NO whole house AC.

Lake Front Cabin on Lake Almanor with Boat Dock

Upgraded cozy Lake Cabin, with full amenities. 3 bed, 2bath huge deck for BBQ's and on the Lake. This is your perfect get-away to be able to relax and enjoy nature. Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Time to getaway to our newly renovated A-frame in the Lake Almanor Country Club! This cozy cabin features 2 bedrooms plus a loft making it the perfect spot for your family & friends. Here- you'll be a 5 minute drive to easy lake/dock and beach access and all the amenities the Country Club offers, golf, pickleball, tennis courts, restaurants & more! The adorable town of Chester is a 15 minute drive where you'll find shops, thrifting, cafes, restaurants and Timber House Brewery.

"Rejuvenate at Riversong Retreat"

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.

The Todd

This cabin has all the comforts of home. Located in a community built by the railroad in the early 1900's. next to the historic Paxton Lodge. Gold, Trains, Ghosts and Rock'n'Roll A short walk to the Feather River and the best sand beach on the river! Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all available in the area. Hiking, horseback riding, off road trails for hundreds of miles.
