Along with a fully equipped house you will also be able to enjoy a beautifull big yard. The cottage is only a 15-minute drive from the "Milos Veliki" highway and can be reached from Belgrade in about 1h 30min. Newly opened airport "Morava" in Ladjevci is only 10 km from our property.

The apartment is located in a new building near the Fruit Research Institute. It has a large living room with kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace. Lakehouse can be accessed only by boat. There is big parking on other side of the lake, where you can park and boat is docked. Lakehouse has Electricity, Drinkable water, Fireplace, Barbecue and beautiful view to lake and Ovcar Mountain. Real heaven for family vacation. Vikendica na Medjuvrsju preko puta restorana Lanterna. Vikendica Stara Pruga se nalazi u mestu Velereč. Plac se prostire na 25 ari i na njemu se nalaze dve zasebne vikendice sa prelepim vrtom. Dostupan je jedan bazen za korišćenje u sklopu obe vikendice. Najbliža prodavnica udaljena je 2km. Gornji Milanovac je udaljen 4km, Takovo 7km, planina Rudnik 18km, planina Vujan 18km. Vikendica je idealna za porodicu sa malom decom, i veći broj ljudi.

There’s no kitchen, but we offer meals from our menu that you can choose as needed. It features a TV, Wi-Fi, and a large desk for two. A special treat is an afternoon rest in the built-in tub overlooking the forest.
